CEO Letter - March 2025

Dear Friends and Supporters of Zionism,

In every generation, the torch of Zionism has burned brightly, illuminating a path for the Jewish people toward sovereignty, resilience, and unity. It was this vision that brought about the rebirth of Israel, the revival of Hebrew, and the remarkable flourishing of a people who had wandered for centuries without a homeland. Today, however, we stand at a crossroads. The very essence of Zionism is being questioned, misunderstood, and at times, even misrepresented. It is our duty to reclaim it, to reaffirm its relevance, and to reinvigorate its spirit.

Zionism is not merely about a homeland— yes, it is about a home, a living, breathing entity that continues to evolve, welcome, and inspire. But it is also about a people, a people who dare to dream, who build in the face of adversity, and who uphold the values of democracy, innovation, and Tikkun Olam. For Zionism to thrive, it must do what it has always done: engage new generations, foster dialogue, and create spaces where young minds and seasoned hearts can unite in purpose.

This is why we must champion the World Zionist Village—a bold, visionary initiative that will serve as the epicenter for Zionist education, leadership, and community building. This village will not just be a place on a map; it will be a beacon of identity and belonging. It will welcome people from around the world to explore, question, and strengthen their connection to Zionism in ways that feel personal and profound.

It will be a space where young leaders engage in dialogue about Israel’s future, where students explore Zionist history and innovation through experiential learning, and where people of all backgrounds—Jews and allies alike—can find their role in shaping a just and flourishing Jewish state. A space where the conversation crosses generations. The World Zionist Village will be a living lab of ideas, action, and hope.

But we cannot do this alone. Just as Zionism was never a movement of individuals but of a people, so too must this effort be collective. It is time for all who believe in the Zionist dream to step forward—whether through advocacy, education, philanthropy, or simply by raising their voices in support. This is our moment to reclaim Zionism from the fringes and restore it to its rightful place as a movement of inclusivity, courage, and vision.

Let us come together to build this Village, to plant the seeds of tomorrow’s leadership, and to ensure that the Zionist dream remains a reality for generations to come.

With hope and determination,

Building The Zionist Dream

Imagine some of the greatest minds in real estate—moguls, developers, and visionaries—gathered in a single room for six hours, meticulously analyzing the master plan of the most ambitious capital investment project in the Jewish world. Not for financial gain, not for personal accolades, but for the future of Zionism.

That’s exactly what happened on March 11, 2025 at the Jewish National Fund-USA (JNF-USA) House in New York. In a meeting led by renowned Israeli architect Erez Ella of HQ Architects, these leaders engaged in hands-on planning, moving blocks on a 3D-printed model, sketching on printed concepts, and refining every detail of the World Zionist Village.

Investing in the Future: Educating the Next Generation in the True Essence of Zionism

Zionism is more than history—it is the lifeblood of the Jewish future. It is the unwavering belief in the right of the Jewish people to self-determination in their ancestral homeland, the connection to our shared past, and the commitment to building a thriving, innovative, and unified nation. But Zionism is under attack. Misinformation, rising antisemitism, and attempts to rewrite history threaten to sever the next generation from their roots.

This is why investing in Zionist education is not just important—it is urgent. The next generation must not only know the story of Israel but feel it, live it, and carry it forward. They must understand that Zionism is not just about the past but about the present and the future—a movement of strength, resilience, and hope.

When young Jews experience Zionism through immersive education, they gain more than knowledge—they gain conviction. They learn that Israel is not just a place on a map but a homeland built through sacrifice and vision. They understand that the Jewish people are not merely survivors of history but architects of their own destiny.

Education shapes identity. It equips young minds to stand proudly in the face of misinformation, to defend Israel with confidence, and to become the next leaders, innovators, and ambassadors of the Jewish people. Without this investment, the connection weakens, the story fades, and the very future of Jewish continuity is at risk.

A generation educated in the true essence of Zionism is a generation that will protect, strengthen, and uplift Israel and the Jewish world. Now is the time to invest—not just in education, but in the future of our people.

Right now, global leaders in education and thought leadership are coming together to shape the strategic vision for the World Zionist Village, ensuring it becomes a premier hub for Zionist education, cultural exchange, and innovation. Through collaborative planning, these experts are developing impactful programs that will inspire critical dialogue, leadership development, and cross-cultural engagement. By leveraging their diverse expertise, they are designing immersive experiences that will connect participants to Israel, Zionism, and one another in meaningful ways. Their collective guidance will ensure that the Village fosters lifelong learning, strengthens global Jewish identity, and serves as a model for educational excellence and thought leadership for generations to come.
